Beyond training, we offer consulting services to help camps, pools, and waterfronts strengthen their lifeguard program. From staffing and scheduling to emergency protocols and team leadership, we will provide tailored strategies to ensure your aquatic facility runs safely and smoothly.

A well-run waterfront keeps swimmers safe and staff confident. We work with camps and aquatic facilities to design and refine waterfront systems, (i.e., buddy boards, check-in/check-out procedures, Emergency Action Plans, equipment usage and staff protocols). Together, we’ll refine the structures already in place to support safety, efficiency, and piece of mine at the water’s edge.
